I played with an F-35 MFD in a sim, the touch screen isn't so bad, but I'm assuming the Russian one doesn't have a touch screen. The worst parts about the Russian MFD I think will be craning your neck down to operate it and becoming task saturated with the buttons and flying, not to mention the stick obscuring 10% of it.
