>>64557722Probably because the Sig 550 is a mid-20th century boat anchor and literally just an AK47 in 5.56. I went to Switzerland and shot one at a rifle range and it was like driving a reupholstered Lada. It's just an AK with dated plastic furniture and a translucent magazine which looked 'futuristic' 35 years ago.The only countries who adopted the 553 were European police forces and brown shitskin special forces units. The Euros did so because the only other European alternative in 1990 was the HK33, and a few years later when the G36 came out all those same Euro cops bought G36Cs.
