Man, the MIC really was easier back then.

I have been trying to learn how to use a slide rule. I have a Dirva in decent shape from Denmark, still with the eood case. At work I use a Vernier caliper to keep my skills up. Mitutoyo, found super cheap through Amazon resale.

All the engineers in my shop are. They have one token black kid, but I'm fairly sure they hired him for Biden and now are stuck with him.

If its just one guy and hes really nonthreatening and generally acts like a white man, he's probably there on merit.

most of the mic still is, nonwhite people with STEM degrees generally take a dim view of working for the US military, though not always

Don't bother me none. I got approached by a white commie on my uni campus who was like "Lockheed makes the weapons that kill your brothers and sisters in the middle east, and you want to work for them?". I just looked at him and said I wasn't muslim so yes I do, and he got even more upset lmao.

No comparing western civilization aka The Borg now, to western civilization in the 3 decades post-World War II

>by '43
the years 1939 to 1950 saw a complete transformation of aviation technology and propulsion systems (even piston engines from 1940 to 1943 saw a doubling and tripling of power output)
In aeronautics and electronics fields and industry it was a rate and scale of change, innovation that'll never be seen again.

McDonnell Aircraft in Missouri was a small company that had cutting edge aerospace ideas for the World War II effort 1941-45 and postwar became a pillar of U.S. aerospace industry.

I promise you'll detest your job unless you thrive in social environments reminiscent of fifth grave and don't mind micromanaging

I mean it's been pretty fun for me so far since I do test engineering on different weapon platforms and it gets me closer to being a flight test engineer. Being a cad desk monkey would be depressing.

Aerospace in general usually has waves of mass hiring when contracts get secured, then firings when sustainment programs get cut. My move is to get a masters in optics so I can jump ship to ASML or some laser or camera related lab in case my current employer hits a snag but so far I think I'm good for at least 2 years with the current programs I'm on.

You know as well as I do that our MIC is all Jewish executives and Jeet engineers, with Mexicans doing the assembly and other menial labor. These are no longer American companies, but global companies, who wave the American flag for tax breaks while lobbying to send Americans to die in their wars.

And, again, hiring Jeets during a time when Americans can't make ends meet. Earlier this year I saw a Northrop-Grumman billboard in a large military city with only a brown man in a Turban on it.

So why should we be supporting these traitors again?

It was Hanover for most of those 300 years, and from the 2nd most definitely identified more heavily with Britain (because it was a major world power and Hanover was Hanover). George VI wife was Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, an anglo-scot, making his descendants (ie the Queen and the current flock of inbreds) ethnically bonglish to match the culture they already adhered to for centuries
So he's not wrong, fake news
>>
>>64623984
1939, average bomber speed is maybe 300 MPH.
Lockheed offers an interceptor in the 400 ~500MPH range with unprecedented rates of climb and speed, plus heavy armament.
USAAF says "naah, we good with P26's.".

Shit like this is why I got the fuck out of aviation, and ceased flying unless it was an absolute necessity.
This kind of bullshit has been going on for over a decade, and it's only going to get worse.
The cretins making the decisions for these companies would gleefully feed you and your family into a running woodchipper if it meant they got a 2% increase in their quarterly profit report.
