Just have the VLS cells and search radar be static, and have a smaller turret for the radar at the front of the vehicle. Yes that means the system is limited to the forward arc of the vehicle, but you're massively reducing the size of the turret needed, probably increasing the radar's mechanical speed, and you could probably fit way more ammo into the vehicle with the volume restrictions gone and the weight savings. You could also raise the search radar on a mast and just slap the fire control radar on top of the vehicle so you get almost 360 coverage (except where you're blocked by the search radar, though the mast should somewhat mitigate that).
