Sure this morning I am doing wrist, arm, shoulder and some deadlifting. I'm up to 4x20 of 15lb curls, then I do curl and overhead press combined motion with 30lb, as many as I can in 3 sets.
Last year I got to 4x5 of 225lb for deadlift. I'm doing 3x5 at 260 fairly comfortably now but I don't want to increase it what for aging body and joint strain.

The advertised climbing angle is simply the angle it can climb on dry solid surfaces without rubbing the frame/suspension, actual climbing angles possible on wet grass or clay will be much worse.

The Stryker itself has a 60% grade/31 degree climbing angle advertised.
