I finally used gunbroker for the first time this year. how do they compare to Armslist and Guns America? Finally got that Norinco SKS that uses AK mags paid about close to $800 with shipping, transfer fee, taxes, and credit card fee.
>>64635695Never used Gunsamerica. Every time I tried to use Armslist as a buyer or seller, everyone I talked to was a scammer or a criminal. Gotten a lot of good deals on Gunbroker. /k/ shits on them because they can't just open a window and buy a cheap gun in 60 seconds, but if you watch for deals on what you want you'll find them.
>>64635695It's the eBay of guns, just make sure you're dealing with an actual reputable company/person and you should be fine.
>>64635695They're a lot like GunsAmerica, just much much bigger. Like the other anon said they're the Ebay of guns. GunsAmerica is the little guy. Anyway, like Ebay actual scams are rare but they are out there. There's a lot of shill bidding. On the flipside there's also people who don't know what they have or are desperate to sell quick and there are deals to be had. If you're into antiques, surp, etc, you'd be a fool not to monitor them constantly.Guns International is a good resource as well, it's not so good for mainstream stuff but it's great for antiques, surp, especially the higher end stuff.
>>64635733Don't have anyone who can receive guns from individuals/shipmygun.
>>64635695Haven't used armslist since like 2012 but I impulse buy shit on gb about once a month. They're are some gems that sometimes nobody will bid on. I'll watch stuff and if it has no or low bidders I'll min bid at the last 15 min. I'll look at the bid history to see if someone else really wants it before going to war. They've always shown up at my ffl a week later, no problems. I only buy from sellers that accept credit cards thru GB.
