The 4600s are NIJ suspended and are not going to stop M2AP reliably, just like the first gen RMA 1155.Look to the Hesco 4403 for an 1155 replacement. 1199 Hesco 4800 or, if you can accept lost drop protection, Protech 9812-R1. Do note with the lightweight boron carbide Level IVs that they're especially weak to tungsten threats versus their heavier Alumina or SiC counterparts. If M995 / M993 is an issue you'll need to look to other plates than the above.
