Just laying some razor wire with mines attached to it is incredibly inconvenient to breach and basically takes a platoon to push a squad threw even the most simplest barrier like this if it has direct fire covering it.Also they probably have all the cover around their barrier presighted for artillery, so if you start to breach it (obscuring it will be a tell) then you will all die from mortar fire

>>64653389They are training for conventional warfare. Heavily mining miles of wire is extremely costly for the enemy in terms of time and material. If it’s mined it will be small munitions. When you see stuff like this it’s better to imagine that this little section is part of a much larger battle space, it really helps you wrap your head around the training.
