Lots of gay sex and drugs, also practice sex trafficking and money laundering too, it's all fundamental for when you inevitably commit war crimes on third world peasants

>- What was your key of sucess before joining Elite unit in respect to physical training and character development?

I took no shit and never bowed to no man. I commanded respect everywhere I went. I could bench whatever any cunt dreamed of and acted like a boss.

>- What did you do when there was toxic leadership, colleagues and groupings within the unit?

In an ideal world I'd smack their teeth down their throats. Obviously you can't do that everytime. But I always got my revenge. I'm a lone wolf.

>- How did you handle favoritism in group evaluations in selection?

Easy, always be the favourite. Give them no other option.

>- Which are the most important attributes to develop for someone who wants to join an Elite Unit?

You're born with it. You can learn how to kill a man, but you can't learn how to be the man that kills everyone.

Don't drink and smoke. Never brag or claim things that you cannot accomplish. If something is unclear then ask. Don't flip out. Don't be childish. Don't tattoo cringy shit on yourself and NEVER wear morale patches.

DO workout. Motivate others to workout. Resolve problems by words not fights. If one guy is working and 2 are slacking off, then don't leave it unnoticed.

If you get placed in an unit where the leadership is toxic then grab courses that are outside your unit so you can get away from it.

Just be yourself.

>What was your key of sucess before joining Elite unit in respect to physical training and character development?
dropped out after ~3y (only 1y if excluding entry tests and following training), so wouldn't call is success
even made the officer req
anyway

you can usually just look up the physical requirements for your country & specific unit
it's probably lower than you think, like >12 pullups, 20reps 75% bw bench press, 12min >3km etc. gave already max points for us
imo the hardest part is the sleep exhaustion + marching long distances with lots of weight

for character development it's hard to describe
generally most members will be 25-35yo, so that should give you a hint

>What did you do when there was toxic leadership, colleagues and groupings within the unit?
leave?
typically there is some wiggle room to get into a different group
but if you're not compatible with the leadership you're gonna be absolutely miserable

>How did you handle favoritism in group evaluations in selection?
never experienced nor heard of this
the selection in my country is very professional
you have physical tests, psychological examinations, written exams/tests and group tests
there's very little room for favoritism unless the whole leadership and all examiners collude

>Which are the most important attributes to develop for someone who wants to join an Elite Unit?
mental resilience and endurance

the physical part is manageable if you're reasonably /fit/
the whole entrance exam will be designed to maximize your stress and get you to give up or act irrational
>>
>>64657604
>physically
Basically be able to do a perfect marine PT score. So 3 miles in 18 min or less. 20+ pullups. 100+ situps. 100+ pushups. Being able to do this will make the physical part very doable.

>mindset/character/
115+ IQ with very good problem solving combined with coachability while being highly conscientious. (Not a common combo). A team player who has no problem being alone. Basically not an autist. A can-do attitude but not stupidly or happily so. Someone who doesn’t bitch or moan about any setback, or frustration, or inconvenience.

Not special forces and not in the land of the free but "special purpose unit" 3 years.

Unless you say what unit you are joining it's really hard to give advice except for some general pointers (i'm assuming youre OP)

why is this

So neurodivergents have no place there?

>115+ IQ with very good problem solving combined with coachability while being highly conscientious.
Problem solving is raw product or an ability you get better at from experience.

unfortunately for the introverts and socially retarded you're going to have at least some degree of people skills
that's not to say you have to be an extroverted chad at the center of attention but the loners in the corner that avoid social interaction will be noticed and not for good reasons
>>
>>64659239
While that’s true. The speed of and creativity in problem solving can’t really be taught. It’s why wonderic tests are timed. You either have the “juice” or you don’t

Not asking chairforce 1 for life advice for starters

Aren't there alot of operators with ADHD and autism? I could see a comms guy as an autism for example.
>>
>>64659304
>ADHD
No

>autism
No

>introvert
Yes, as long as you can still be a team player

I have heard of an officer who was working for eight years as an enlisted first. He didn't come across as the "smartest" but he outperformed many other officers who had, maybe, more raw talent than him. When he was given orders, he didn't take any notes, for example, but still crushed it.
