Zero oil is too little, but that's not putting any on is it?I use as little as possible. Like half of a BB size drop is enough to lube an entire handgun inside and out. If you put whole drops on every surface it'll still work, just make a mess. If you are slathering tons of oil everywhere you are just wasting product for no reason and making an even bigger mess.I am talking lubrication by the way not surface coating for rust prevention. For that you just wet a rag, wipe it on, and wipe it off. It takes far more product to do that than to lube.
