No. Secret Service standards are surprisingly low. There's a video with a fat Secret Service woman struggling with her handgun after the attempted Trump assassination.Secret Service does have a SWAT team that follows the president but from what I've heard they can be hit or miss on experience. There could be some former SOF guys on that team or they could just be Secret Service guys that applied to be there. There was a former SF guy that talked about being on that team, he said it was mind numbing boredom.
