The panzerwerfer here was used as armored self propelled artillery, of course. The T-34 calliope was just a sherman with rocket artillery welded on, and I think they were intended to mostly fight as tanks, not artillery. They showed up in theater in 44, had the rockets removed before combat, and only had them reattached at the very end of the war.
