Yes but it would suck.
Adding a gun would seriously impact balance of the weapon and adding a counterweight to fix that would make it unwieldy.
And the gun itself would have shitty ergonomics and end up being uncomfortable to use.
Especially if we assume that the "lever" o the end is the trigger so you can't even brace it well against your body.

i don't know about balance part, since it seems to be balanced like an average polearm, as for the gun part, aiming could be done
