If the Navi were on earth, and evolved side-by-side with humanity, they would have a leg up as they are seemingly just as intelligent, bigger, and would probably be left alone. IMO they would end up being like Atlantians or some shit, I doubt they would live with humans under most circumstances. Maybe they would even be seen as gods among men.

Also, neanderthals weren't wiped out via conflict, it was primarily the changing climate and being a bunch of inbreds that fucked them over. Humanity still has many individuals with significant genetic leftovers from when human-neanderthal sexy times happened (they happened alot btw).

Their arrows are like fucking pool cues, they would go straight through. If they lived on earth they would need to be in a remote area, unless they are otherwise accepted by humanity (they would probably be seen as gods or some other 'higher' being), they would probably live on islands and shit.

They are still the size of pool cues, imagine a greatbow but almost twice the size, the arrows are almost as long as a person is tall. No armor is stopping that, whether they are made of flint, copper, iron, or whatever else it would generally overmatch traditional period accurate armor. Copper/bronze would be no match, as it is a softer metal.

The size of the bow itself speaks for itself. It is larger than a person is by a whole meter.

Nine foot tall superstrong monkey archers that can leap twice their height straight up would have either dominated every other group, or been slowly captured or cajoled into serving as valuable shock troops.

If their programming from the movies is fully intact and they can't be swayed or convinced of almost anything foreign they'd have been ignored for all of human history. They'd be far too expensive to remove and unlike in the movie they wouldn't be sitting on anything valuable.
