That gives Russia some pretty good ammo they can use to further the idea they they're not doing anything wrong, which matters more than any material aid that Maduro could give to Russia (basically fuck all), considering the will to fight (or rather, the lack thereof) is the only thing that may still help Russia in winning this war.
