Maybe the Marines don't think the T112 is mature enough of a platform for them. That or they just can't produce them in enough volume to standardize without compromising orders for the Army. >>64711136They need more small arms (well, everything really) yesterday and they do not have an indigenous bullpup rifle in large scale production. The M4 is also much more similar to the T65/T91 it's replacing than any off the shelf bullpup they can get, so it's an easier transition.
