SEAD only works on large equipment based AA, it doesn't work on some random infantryman with an RPG. And RPGs were fired during the Venezuelan raid, they just missed (probably because LatinAm can't into war) and their operators were immediately turned into paste.Somali was an ambush, the Venezuelan raid learned from the lessons of Somalia.
