What is the most autistic /k/ type of thing you do regularly?
For me, I like eating food from the can pretending I'm eating a C Ration from WWII.
I'm also kind of uncomfortable when I'm not wearing my OD M65 pants (the button in liner is God tier).

This is a friendly thread: no euro or american bashing, no twitter, and we'll most definitely NOT be talking about politics. Thank you.

I always check to make sure my EDC is loaded before bedtime, when I wake up, and before I get to work. And then a couple times at work, just to make sure.
Is there something wrong with me?
>>
>>64732389
I go no hands on my bike and pretend I'm a horse archer
>>
>>64732397
I think that's an intelligent thing to have concern over. It's sort of how I feel with my house protection shotgun, I'm always checking on it
>>64732403
Hell yeah, don't ever stop playing
>>
>>64732389
I like playing with my folding pocket knife. I also really like racking the slide on my 1911

obsessively observe people to see if they are concealed carrying
and then trying to guess what they are carrying.

Trigger discipline while using spray bottles.

That's just proper situational awareness
>>
>>64732403
You could do this with a real horse, then instead of Mr Hands you would be Mr No Hands

You’re the one trying to shame this thread like a Karen

I am, if not competitive and dangerous, at least familiar with all types of personal combat.
I've done a metric fuckton of different martial arts (still currently practicing), and have developed my own style and approach I hope to polish and one day teach.
I've been taught, and trained fairly extensively on how to knife fight in London, how to fight with machete's, and various different types of swords, 'swords', and 'polearms'.
I'm accurate enough with a bow at twenty paces, am familiar with handguns and shotguns, and used to do indoor shooting until my shooting coach shot himself.
I've had several people approach me in my club about my competence with a Pinuti, I regularly get given new guys in MMA to help get them into the club and coach them, and I take active participation in discussions of armed and unarmed martial arts online.

I am also an accomplished outdoorsman and oceangoer, was briefly in LandSAR, and used to be a Lifeguard at a beach, where I competed a step below nationals for my club repeatedly (my name is inscribed on a four foot tall trophy somewhere).

But yeah. The wide-spectrum practice of multiple martial arts is probably my biggest bit of consistent autism.

>Picrel. My training Pinuti. My Pinuti is my friend. I love my Pinuti.

Trigger discipline with cordless drills.

Checked. As long as you don't drop the slide on an empty chamber I think that's okay.

Carrying my 1/2 impact at the low ready, like I'm guarding an embassy instead of changing struts and links. Bonus points if it's got an extension on it.

>turn off the lights in the house and clear it with weapon mounted lights (no nvgs yet)
>carry guns around the house while doing mundane stuff pretending I'm in some sort of STALKER/apocalypse/whatever fantasy scenario
>working on my ttrpg
>writing original /m/ fictions
>writing music about camouflage patterns
>>64732565
I'm in the middle of my adult autism assessment with the psychologist currently. The good news is I'm scoring really well on all the tests.
>>
>>64733957
>Makita-16A4
Kek'd pretty good. I love Makita tools. I used to be a garage door technician, Makita was the company provided brand and I fell in love with those tools.

That one has me piqued. Post some.

Maybe when I'm home from work but not likely. It's mostly ambient stuff anyway.

treat olive oil by drropping hot sand lead in it and source french sand to clean old 1777 bayonets as done in the past resulting in some intersting back yard fires and explosions of molten stuff all while wearing a bong mk 6 helmet with demining/riot visor and oven gloves

making new mahogony drips for 18th century percussion boot pistols with broken ones

using silver solder to redo the rib on a 12 gague hammer gun involving masses of iron wire and thermal bricks from old storage heaters while dual welding MAP torches

lately I have been making drones that autonomously chase model gliders
>>
>>64733554
Nigger do you know how fucking satisfying that looks, sounds, and feels? Next, you're gonna tell me to never dry fire my weapons.
>>

>Next, you're gonna tell me to never dry fire my weapons.
Not him, but yeah, be careful. Snap caps aren't a jewish scam. I felt similarly confident until my firing pin snapped on one of my center fire bolt rifles, that was a humdinger I wouldn't recommend to anyone
>>
>>64735806
>>64735969
I've heard of berettas busting their pins because of this as well

>regularly enjoy rations, it's become a monthly thing where I go shopping for foreign rations and do a little Steve1989 thing for myself
>stage hostage rescues with my cats as both the VIP and the terrorists
>also let them chase the laser on my pistol around
>do monthly inventory checks, counting every bullet I have in inventory and my cleaning solution levels
>always wearing some piece of camo, usually a tigerstripe boonie
>learned French just to learn more about the FAMAS, found nothing interesting that hasn't already been translated
>>
>>64732389
I carry a crappy scope that came with an air rifle of mine that I use to look at random cars thinking like
>I need to find my target gurkavoskov dickachev before he bombs the KFC

Also my main carry knife is an AK bayonet. It's cool :)
>>
>>64732389
I like playing Bush Ninja. I live in a native village in Alaska, and most of the people here are viciously racist toward white people to the point of making trouble with my boss whenever they see me outside. So whenever I go out with my kit and I hear a vehicle coming I duck into the bush and see if I can hide from them until they drive by without being seen.
>>
when shooting bolt action i like trying to open the bolt, unchambering a round, catching it on my finger, spinning the round around my finger, and then flicking it away at the end of the revolution.
i have succeeded zero times.
>>
>>64732389
I aggressively correct people after they show enthusiasm for my 'musket' (flintlock rifle)
>>
That isn't like "oh I always have a knife" (work requires at least one) or common sense be prepared type shit is probably that I'm always thinking about how to attack/defend places I'm at or going. to various levels of tech/equipment and force sizes. Helps stave off boredom.

I like to think about both improvising or just designing /making weapons and equipment.

Also like to practice movement for mace & board though don't yet have a buckler or something, and sadly left my mace at home when I left for my job.

Definitely the most autistic dude here by a wide margin, I was gonna say some retarded shit about eating whole loaves of bread in a shitty foxhole in my backyard but this is better
>>
>>64732389
I larp that i'm behind enemy lines and I have to stay out of sight in the woods. I once nearly got pneumonia by stealth camping in winter.

I also do "recon" missions and stuff like that.
>>
I inspected and cleaned with an oily rag hundreds of rounds of milsurps 7,62x51 NATO (German MEN milsurp) and carefully arranged them in a .30 cal ammo can in staggered rows to fit 421 of them. Removed one as I don't like my ammo to come in odd numbers.
Not really autistic but probably mild OCD.
