IIRC 50 cent was shot nine times but survived because it was pissant caliber like .25 ACP

It was actually the pissant caliber of lol9mm.

I took the pocket pistol pill recently. It’s pretty nice. It makes daily carry waaay easier.
>>
>>64741733
Wrong. Getting shot in the gut and extremities are nonfatal when living in an american city with fast ambulance services and trauma care emergency rooms.
>>
>>64741814
IIRC only about 10% of handgun shootings are fatal. (Excluding an hero.)

Plus, when you back pocket carry, like a wallet, it makes it so easy to feign compliance to an aggressor.
>oh dear, please sir don’t beat my ass, take my wallet
>>
>>64741901
I don’t back pocket carry. Front right pocket. You can pull the same trick if you want.

If somehow I ever got in that situation I’d give them my real wallet, wait until they walk away, call them a nigger, then shoot them when they turn around.
>>
>>64741796
Yeah, literally all niggers exclusively carry Glock 9mms

Too much planning. Chances are if they are robbing you they have a decent criminal record. So when the smoke clears and police check things out, there’s a good chance you’ll be fine without a set up.

Not 20 years ago, they almost exclusively had saturday night specials. Bulldogs, rohms, jennings, lorcins, ravens etc. were the most common. Glocks have really only proliferated in the last decade or so.

>>
>>64742833
>I want the 2" barrel "black widow" with Hamre Forge clip grips
I’ve always got to ask, why? The whole point of NAAs is to be as small and light as possible. When you go up in size and add bigger grips it’s way more practical and fun to shoot, but now it’s competing with P32s and LCPs for weight. Those shit on a single action .22 or .22 mag for defense. I have all of these guns.

I have the base mini with a 1 5/8” barrel because it’s the shorter and lighter than the 1 1/8” .22 mag but from such small barrels the extra half inch makes .22LR velocities the same. It’s hard to shoot but it’s as tiny as something can realistically get while still being functional. If you just want the black widow because it’s cool, then that’s perfectly acceptable.
>>
>>64742918
>why?
I think it would be neato.
2" barrel increases projectile speed by around 100 FPS allowing some hollow points to expand (slightly)
Less keyholing
Actually usable sights
The grips make the gun more comfortable in the hand, easier to cock and provide a convenient method of carry.
Yes the weight is increased but the form of the gun and the pocket clip would make it feel like a large pocket knife. While a P32/LCP in a pocket holster will feel like a costanza wallet by comparison.
>>
>>64742217
>no kahr cw380
>>
>>64742918
>>64743241
Also I would imagine a NAA with Hamre Forge grips would be fast to draw than fumbling around deep in your pocket for a pocket autoloader.
>inb4 but single action slows you down
Draw speed is arguably the most important since a considerable amount of concealed carry incidents are resolved simply by drawing.
>>
>>64743241
>>64743255
>I think it would be neato.
That’s the only reason you need. I won’t dissuade you. Have fun man.
>than fumbling around deep in your pocket for a pocket autoloader.
I’m going to assume you’ve never pocket carried based on that comment. It’s honestly really easy and fast. The only issue is if you are sitting down.
>Yes the weight is increased but the form of the gun and the pocket clip would make it feel like a large pocket knife. While a P32/LCP in a pocket holster will feel like a costanza wallet by comparison.
I have a NAA mini with grips that have a pocket clip (not the NAA folding ones), a P32, and LCP II. The latter two are noticeably larger yes, but the P32 would carry as easily as a black widow. In my experience at least.
>>
>>64742918
NTA, but I also want a black widow for pocket carry (though I want it with the folding grip)
I also think they're neat, and honestly I kind of want a 22lr/22mag more than 32 or 25 but also don't trust rimfire in an autoloader enough, so revolver it is.

That isn't even close to true. 99% of thug jiggaboos can't afford to change their mind, much less carry a decent weapon.

I work EMS in a county that includes a gang shit-hole. Most of those midwits are "slangin'" cheap shit autos or revolvers.

I’ve had both and the P32 is the far, far better carry gun. Tomcats are fat and heavy. If it’s just a range toy or to be cool, the Tomcat wins. If you want a gun with the tip up barrel, get the Bobcat.

Not sure if you misread CT as CW but they're different guns. The P938 recoil spring mod wouldn't work on the CW.
Anyway, are you using the Magguts extension kit? I have one mag with an older version another with a new version. The old one has 2 separate springs, the new one has them bolted together at the middle cup. The new design reliably chambers fiocchi, the old one doesn't.

The PPK is far superior to the tomcat: its narrower, doesn’t have frame crack and can handle +p
Barrel is slightly longer but its still the length of a compact cell phone and that gives more FPS

>>
>>64752161
Fair, I won’t say they don’t. But in that case the smallest NAA still works fine for shooting something in the head at nearly point blank. Or a heritage rough rider is cheaper, better to shoot, and it’s not like you need the concealability in that scenario.

If you think they’re neat that’s great. It’s most of the reason I have mine. But “practical reasons” disappear pretty quick outside of the smallest ones. They at least can say they’re the smallest.

Budischowsky himself built this nearly 60 years ago with a quality you won't believe. There is no play and its still extremely smooth.
It even has a decocker!!!
