The point of war is not K/D but to achieve your goals. If the Finnish goal was to remain independent, they won, if their goal was to keep their territorial integrity intact, they lost. That's all. If the Soviet goal was to conquer Finland, they lost, if their goal was to conquer a part of it and make them subservient politically they won.
