If there are guards that are not /k/ommandos they're probably still not going to be dumb enough to be on the overseer's side. After that we all nerd out over each other's guns, the stuff in the armory, and enjoy the shooting range. If there is no range (not very /k/ of you Vault-Tec) I'm sure there would be a chamber we could convert somewhere in the facility. Nobody ever eats the brownies in the mess hall. The biggest problem that might actually cause trouble is going to be the M/F ratio in the vault.
