Fast roping onto an open deck is extremely vulnerable and the only reason a helicopter/team hasn't been wiped on entry yet is simply because nobody has really tried to resist or hit a truly "hard" target yet. A dozen of these fuckers swarming your ship and landing wherever they please seems a lot more efficient and intimidating.
