I just got a high paying job and in celebration I'm going to update my arsenal. Pls give input on my choices for these roles and let me know if there's something better:

>Ruger SFAR as main DMR rifle, open to other short receiver .308 ARs or a .308 bullpup
>M&P9 or 10mm Witness as handgun, I do live in grizzly country and this will be my primary HD/clearing gun
>Kel Tec RDB as building clearing/HD rifle
>KSG as HD shotgun
>Mossberg Aftershock as drone gun to be worn on a scabbard, can also double as bear gun with slugs
>300WM rifle as sniper (undecided but either a cheapo Savage bolty or go all in and get a Desert Tech SRS for $6k)

Already have my carry guns set and most of the common rifles for range funs but want specific ones that best fill those roles. What are your go-to's?

Are you the CEO of Alphabet or NVIDIA? Bro how much money do you have.

You're talking GMC Sierra money here, unless you already have a large collection you're selling to help with these?

How poor is this board? It's 6 fucking guns. I also am moving from a ban state to a free state so even more reason. I'm swapping out a few old ones for the new ones too, I don't think I'll own more than 10 guns total so they might as well be nice. But I mean like, there's Kel Tecs in there so some are obviously gonna just be there as toys.

>building clearing
>sniper
>drone gun in a scabbard
Wut. Kinda hilarious larp. Don’t get me wrong, I love larping a little. I’m innawoods 99% more than the suburban slobs on this board, and that’s with a yuppie corporate job, but Your uses are kinda funny to me. The SRS is the only really interesting one, the rest are kinda cheap guns.

>for grizz
Ruger SRH. If you wanna nice semi-custom version, Wild West customs “wolverine” is really nice. Can shoot .454 Casull, .45 colt, and .45acp with moon clips. So fuck-off grizz repellant, to relatively cheap plinking and everywhere in between.

>building clearing
For a tactical carbine to maximize your exercise of your 2a rights, the world’s your oyster, there’s so much out there. If I had to do it over again, I’d probably go for the XCR-L. Their caliber conversions exist, the gun is accurate, reliable, ergonomic, modular, and everyone who owns one seems to just plain love it.

>shotgun
Fuck drones, clay shooting is some of the most fun you can have behind a trigger. Goose hunting too. Get a Benelli super black eagle or Ethis or a Beretta O/U or Miroku/Browning Citori and be happy.

>Sniper
.300 win mag is a great hunting round, but honestly .300 prc, .300 norma, among others are better long range rounds. The SRS is cool, I’ve shot one. I didn’t like the bolt handle location relative to the grip and trigger. The caliber change could be a cool feature.

No. Fuck no.
>benelli le m4 h20
>trp 10mm or glock 20
Get these first with a quality optic, light and a lot of practice ammo. I'm talking by the case. Shoot them until you get bored and then decide what's next. Stay the fuck away from everything on that list.
>>
>>64750963
>KSG as HD shotgun
Do you actually like it? The two people I know who bought one decided to just leave it in their safes. One got a Mossberg 590, and the other got a Benelli M4, and now they both don't even look at the KSG.

How the fuck does BCA still exist after they got busted for hiring illegals back in the 2010s

>XCR for building clearing
Too long, hence why in reality I'd likely just use a handgun. I'm looking for something that can fit through a doorway sideways and not have to be raised. I was gonna bullpup my AK104 but the charging handle on the side and casings flying out preventing left shoulder use kind of killed it. I want to be able to use the tactics I've learned over the years, so less of a larp than it seems.

Don't like revolvers and already have the 10mm Witness so might as well stick to it. I used to be into old classy guns but I went full modern, hence the bullpups and everything being light, optic, and sling ready. Again some things are learned from experience, all guns need those. Can't even put a light on the revolver without doing something fucky.

I actually picked 300wm because it's the cheapest magnum rifle round to shoot, but now I realize it's kinda dumb to get the most expensive rifle just to shoot the cheapest round when it's not necessarily the best performing. Lol, that one might be re-thought.

>Glock in the big 20-26

Lol no, I've seen the videos.

>>64751158
I did a shotgun course and was jealous of the people with KSGs and M&P12s. My Mossberg 500 actually broke so I'm very iffy about that brand, might get a Tac13 for the drone gun but hate the non-ambi safety. But during the course those guys were spoiled being able to switch ammo types at the flip of the switch. Might also consider one of those rotating mag ones, though not the Tavor. The guy with a Tavor12 had the most issues of anyone there except me. I was the only one who ended up having to finish the course with a loaner gun after the Shitsberg bricked. Again most of these choices are toys except the main rifle, pistol, and long range. Also mulling over a Laugo Alien instead of the cheap strikerslop, but I really fucking like that 10mm Witness. It should absolutely fuck for HD, winter carry, and hiking in case bears.

You know you dont have to pretend to have a reason to buy guns beyond just wanting them anonymously to people online, youre not a SWAT member of special forces
>>
>>64751190
You don't actually get in trouble for that or every corporation in the US would be out of business.
>>
>>64751213
Well, I am but these are personally owned guns being used outside of that role. I only want to own around 10 guns so I only buy one for specific role categories and sell whatever filled it previously. This is a good way to prevent becoming the retard with 20+ ARs that all do the same thing. I don't wanna have a bunch of shit lying around that I never even shoot.

>>64750963
>>Ruger SFAR as main DMR rifle, open to other short receiver .308 ARs or a .308 bullpup
I went with an LMT MWS for my DMR gun. I love it. Consistently 0.5-1 MOA with 6.5 CM. Don't use the caliber swap feature much but I've got a .308 barrel I can slap on if I ever need to.

>>Kel Tec RDB as building clearing/HD rifle
AUG
>>
>>64751248
Hmm, the reason I don't have an SFAR already is it doesn't have too great of accuracy from what I hear. Definitely a concern. The LMT doesn't have a short receiver but that seems to only affect how far you can scrunch down the collapsible stock, and weight of course. But not like I could use the stock fully collapsed comfortably.

AUG is a second choice but the RDB is like an updated version of it it seems. Good trigger and gives you the option of comfy lefty shooting.

>>64750963
That is a beautiful rifle. A true testament to the ingenuity of the White Man. Show me something comparable from Africa. KEK

.357 or .44 mag is WAY better that 10mm. And take that to the fucking bank.

>SFAR
Decent.
>M&P9 or Witness 10mm
M&Ps are good to go. EAAs, not so much. 10mm is also a bit of a bastard to shoot and train with, because there's two different sets of "10mm" ammo commercially available: a) .40 S&W-tier down-loaded diet ammo to appease the guys who spent $500 on a Rock Island and are too cheap to spend another $50-100 on quality ammo, or b) "full power" fuck-you-and-whoever's-behind-you pissin' HOT loads that will shorten the lifespan of your handgun and finger joints by an appreciable amount. Your choice either way, just steer clear from the cheap guns for sure. It's a magnum round and requires a good gun if you like fingers and having them.
>RDB
I have heard of many niggling issues plaguing the RDB. At least fondle one in a shop somewhere before you send it. Kel Tecs are fun, but the construction on a lot of them is CHEEEEEAP.
>KSG
Go for it. One of the good models. Get a VFG for the pump so you don't un-hand yourself, and train yourself out of short-shucking it (there's a "wall" on the backstroke of the pump action that fakes you out into thinking the action has hit its limit and can go forward again).
>Aftershock
Lol no. Just use the KSG if that's a concern.
>300WM
I have no idea, I do not long range shoot.

Get a 308 Jakl, if you like bullpups they have the Olcan kit for the 5.56 but not the .308 "yet." PSA typically does deliver on their promises though.

>t. been waiting for a 308 RDB from lel kek for a decade now and it ain't gonna happen
