Neither option is relevant since you probably don't actually want to find the guy, getting them back is going to be more trouble than they're worth and it sets a bad precedent for when your regime gets kicked over.
>>64761513Getting there involves flight or sailing, crossing borders illegally usually involves organised crime, plastic surgeons are rare and vanishingly rare in the third world, and strangers are usually not well received in poor, isolated communities. It'd be easier to get botox injections and become homeless somewhere like SF or Berlin.

If you buy a condo in Thailand under a false name with a legitimate passport you had made before you fled into exile and a photo and biometrics just different enough from your official passport to not ring any alarms, you could live out your life in peace.You couldn't interact with tourists though because one person from your old country who is shopping in the market and goes...>lol that sex pat looks like the potato peeler with a tan and a wig...and snaps a stealthy pic to post to friends, and you're fucked. >>64761513You have to never go anywhere there are cameras, people from your country or anywhere that cash is suspicious. Modern KYC laws are fucking awful for innocent people, they make life pretty challenging for the guilty who are trying to remain anonymous. You basically have to live in a cabin innawoods, or some beach equivalent. You can't go to a ski resort, a cafe, a mall...nothing with too many people or anything international. You can barely go online.It gets much easier if you have friends or a host nation who'll hide you and won't betray you. That last part is a bitch though.
