I feel like I have restless .22lr syndrome more than I have restless AR syndrome. I haven't really change my AR in years

>>64768086god forbid a man shitpost
>>64768068Only have a marlin mod60, what should my next .22 be? Open to anything, kinda want a revolver but feel like anything other than .38/.357 is sacrilege.
>>64768090it's not <2016.you can't shitpost on 4chan anymore, kid
>>64768094The tard wranglers are pretty neat. I've also had fun with the diamondback. Any of the more expensive options come down to taste.
>>64768094Everyone should have at least one Ruger Mk with a bull barrel
>>64768094>Only have a marlin mod60, what should my next .22 be?Now that you have the semi .22, get one that's a lever gun, get a bolt gun, and lastly get a pump .22. Once you have all three, you can practice any action you want at any time.>kinda want a revolver but feel like anything other than .38/.357 is sacrilege.Nah, .22 is a rimmed cartridge, so it's a great revolver cartridge. Getting a target pistol in .22 like >>64768165 recommended is great, and then you could get a revolver in .22 and be able to train both handgun disciplines too.
>>64768165I can’t decide between a MK IV or a Glock 44
>>64768407MK IV, the glock 44 is trash. Or get a Taurus TX22
>>64768407Ruger also makes the threaded series with tensioned barrels. Might be something to consider since tax stamps are free now
>>64768411If I get a 22/45 lite and attach my switchback to it, what would be a good holster for that setup?
>>64768407They are not the same kind of gun. The MK IV is a target pistol, meant to practice marksmanship for cheap, like the Colt Woodsman, Browning Buckmark, S&W Victory, etc.; meanwhile the Glock 44 is one of those trainers meant to help you improve manipulation on the more powerful version of the same gun platform for cheap, kind of like the Taurus TX22, FN 502, SIG Mosquito, Walther P22, etc.
>>64768467Mainly looking for a suppressor host, range toy, and occasional side arm for small game hunting
>>64768467I can vouch for the Victory, too. Very reliable, even when I'm shooting dirt cheap bulk ammo.
>>64768494The MK IV is a way better suppressor host than a Glock 44. Always avoid tilting block designs unless you want to have to put a ton of effort into getting it to run well; if you don't care about concealability, it's a way better hunting pistol and range toy than a Glock too. I will warn you that the target pistol is a bit heavier; that's why they are extremely pleasant to shoot.
I got my AR configured how I wanted it years ago and haven't changed anything since. I still enjoy shooting it. That said I've been bitten by the .22 bug hard the last year or so, been enjoying the piss out of shooting an old Mossberg .22 I found in a wall with a vintage optic, and now I'm getting my 10/22 suppressed and decked out how I want.
>>64768513this, i have the 6-inch and something hunter and it's a bit heavy to shoot one-handed. I'd get the shorter model, I think it's 4-inch and something. I bought mine from a guy who did the mexican bullseye thing, has a 4x handgun scope and everything.
I just put the bead back on my henry. I gotta see if it works with the skinner rear sight because the post was so much higher, but this is so much nicer than the post. the only slight negative is it's harder to pick up in bad light because I had the post painted, but it feels so much better on the eyes and it's easier to center a bead than a post and it doesn't give me 6 o'clock autism
