I recently changed my flash hider over to one of the can types and whenever I went to the range to test everything out it seemed that my hammer didnt want to release when I pulled the trigger at times. Granted that was the coldest day I'd gone shooting and all I had for lubrication was some Slip 2000 EWG on the contact points, the bolt was a little dry. The stem of the bolt had grease on it. I did have a SS installed as well but I was just firing in semi, and that hasnt caused any issues in the past. Since then I've uninstalled the SS and gone back to the original safety. This is the first time I experienced that since I've owned the rifle. Was it the dry BCG/cold weather, or was it the new flash hider doing something strange to the cycling?
