They were difficult to maintain though because they had a 50+ ton armored behemoth encapsulating them, non-maintained shit breaks more often.Even the memetic Panther transmission issues were just the final drives, which are an external and relatively easy to replace part. The drives failing because tungsten was in short supply so they simplified the gears which really wasn't a great idea but the choice was 'more panthers' or 'less panthers' and they picked the former.

Karrar, this one is a bit more reasonable. Based on the T-72, given upgrades similar to the T-90MS (Though Iran says they're independently developed) The fielded ones are in a tan & brown camo, sadly they do not have the underlighting of the demo vehicle.
