On 22 LR it really does not matter what it is made of and how. Get the smallest and lightest one. I have one with injection molded plastic innards with just a aluminum washer to protect the first baffle. It's fine.

What is the process for legally making a suppressor these days? What about buying one of those cheap solvent traps and serializing it and submitting it as a home built one? Genuinely curious if there is a legal way to go about that.

>>64873945Go with one that has removable ends. BOTH ends. Sig has one with a fixed base and baffles that have timing notches so they line up the same.
