I moved to a guns-state from a no-guns-state in 2022 and bought a P320 and didn't know anything about its problems. The boomer gun store owner let me test fire a bunch of handguns and I just liked the way that one felt. Now I'm stuck with it. I've carried it without a round in the chamber but that feels pointless so I don't bother now. I do enjoy shooting it at the range occasionally and I'm super careful when handling it but I really hate having a gun I don't fully trust. Should I bother trying to sell it or should I just keep it for the novelty and as a reminder for being retarded and not doing my research? What's a good handgun that is similar and in the same price point that I should replace it with?

They’re great shooting guns I’d just keep it as a range toy. Plenty of options to replace it with, if you liked the modularity I’d suggest the Echelon, RXM, or even a larger P365 variant (fuse, x-macro, etc.). If that doesn’t really matter to you I’d say just get a Glock or M&P. Or pretty much any non-budget product line from a reputable manufacturer.

The consooooomers are definitely heavily represented amongst the noisy Very Online, including on the smoldering corpse of /k/, but in terms of the hundred million+ gun owners in America they are far from the average. Certainly they get a lot of the MARKETING because in terms of raw money to be extracted a single trustfund/cryptotard whale could easily spend more on gun shit then 10-100 normies, and at higher profit margins too, but that isn't how most gun owners are.

That anon is clearly a retarded faggot, because there are more different CATEGORIES of guns then that let alone interesting ones within each category. In terms of what people "need" most of the population by numbers is going to be fine with just one or two guns. After that it's a matter of taste and what you enjoy doing with them and where you are. But just in terms of broad buckets:
- 22lr: extremely cheap super fun plinking/vermin, the classic learning gun too.
- very compact handgun: CC EDC
- full size handgun: if you're into handgun comp or live in circumstances that open carry makes sense sometimes or both
- assault rifle: a lot of general short to medium range do it all
- battle rifle: chonkier cartridge for more range or hunting bigger stuff with more assurance, and some states may require it
- bolt (or other manual) precision rifle: I personally love mine the most of my guns, hunting classic too of course. Many different guns and usage here.
- big boolet manual: if you get into serious ELR precision comp.
- shotgun: wonderful hunting or defense tool, low cost ammo, only real way to bird
- muzzle loader: different enjoyable feel for hunting. In many states can take advantage of significantly different exclusive or extended seasons and have prime ground to yourself sometimes.
- plenty of more niche things I'm skipping

The vast majority of people are absolutely not going to get all of these, or even more then 2-3 (or just one). Most people don't have access to the kind of land even that'd make some of these categories make any sense for them. But each is pretty distinct with good, different guns within it, and saying that "there's like 5 guns getting in current times" is dumb, even without getting into collector stuff.

He could also just import the fucker as we told him in previous threads back when we thought he was serious. There's a kommando who has one (may no longer be on /k/) and it's neat, there is never any issue importing a manual action to the US it just costs extra money. But for something that is super expensive anyway what's another 10% if you really care.

The one I was talking about was the SR2. Genuinely neat and smooth looking rifle imo, the anon with one said he really liked it and had a great trigger, compact as heck. 27.8" OAL gun with a 26" barrel is pretty cool. And they're not some historical relic unobtanium either, they're still making them. Just a matter of going through the import hassle.

I have other priorities but it's something I've looked into with a certain amount of seriousness, and might actually pursue in another 3-5 years depending. I have no sympathy for some fag who bleats on and on and on about it but doesn't go to any effort to actually fucking get one.
