The video released a couple of days ago showed what looked like some bomb hits on the top deck, but didn't show it slipping beneath the waves. Is it possible it's still floating as a burned-out abandoned wreck? It's a pretty big ship, and there were several instances of similarly-sized ships in WWII having to be scuttled after aerial bombing because the bombs alone didn't sink them outright.
