The puccians were screaming about a new wunderwaffe they invented like a decade ago which was a regular RPG-28(?) that also had a smaller rocket that got launched right before the main one which would get intercepted by the APS, letting the main projectile slip through. Funnily you never hear anything about it anymore since it seemingly didn't work, but that didn't stop them frlm chest-thumping about it for a solid year or two before silently sweeping it under the rug.

AT4 spotting/training cartridges are just 85gr 9x19mm tracer rounds with a bunch of different funky-colored paint slathered onto them.Don't try to fire those in regular guns, they just squib.
