What weapon is this? Never expected Hezbollah to have advanced missiles like these. Captured Spike NLOS? Chinese HJ-12?

No aftermath and in the end you can see the trophy launcher turn to face the missile so I assume the tank wasn't taken out.
>>
>>64980144
We can see the video feed untill very up close to the tank. I'd think that even if the trophy did something the shaped charge would finish the business from that close

I don't know enough about trophy to know how it works but what few clips I've seen it seems to really annihilate whatever missile it hits, that said I have no idea what that missile being fired is so who knows. I'd still bank on there being no aftermath shown to be indicative of the tank surviving though.

Almas, Iranian reverse engineered copy of the Spike NLOS that the IDF lost during the 2006 lebanon war.

Here; Almas right to the jew dick of this amateur bodybuilder jew who came to bring food to his fellow IDF soldiers after one almas blasted the building on the left. note the damage on the left.

You know slat armor is designed to mitigate or even defeat shaped charges despite only being a literal foot or two away from the vehicle right? EFPs are actually pretty sensitive to detonating closer or further away than intended.

Iranian copies and arms bought by Iran from China that get written off as lost/used and smuggled in.
>>
>>64980367
Iran and the Norks having Spike NLOS copies is well established, Bulsae-4 is such a close copy that UA briefly thought they were getting hit with stolen Spikes before they salvaged fragments of them.
>>
>>64980151
What ATGM actually has a video feed, though?
>>
>>64980471
Spike NLOS was the first, but Chinese, Iranian and NK ATGMs gradually all got man-in-the-loop fiberoptic guidance

What this guy said.
>>64980494
Pretty much every long range variant is just making the missile bigger and giving it pop out x wings so it can go really far, they all need man in the loop for last moment corrections because of how long the flight time is.
>>
>>64980114
No aftermath = didn’t do anything. I’ve learned this from years of Gaza Muslim propaganda

Repeating what I've seen in the last two threads about this. Supposedly a Merkava was immobilized by an ATGM with 0 casualties. Then the engineering vehicle sent to recover it was taken out by an ATGM with 2 casualties. OPs video may or may not be from that event.

Good to know you would try to record aftermath and as consequence get taken out in the process because you are too dumb to know when to move on.
>>64981429
There is no indication of such and you are mistaking narrow field of view of the "zoom" effect.

There is no evidence of fiber optic cable being feature of North Korean NLOS ATGM.

Designation of NLOS type ATGM from North Korea is not known, what is known Bulsae-4 designation is for extensively improved 9M111/9M113 that replaced wire guided SACLOS with rear aspect laser beam riding akin to 9M133 which North Korea also produces under designation Bulsae-5.
>>
>>64980280
>You know slat armor is designed to mitigate or even defeat shaped charges despite only being a literal foot or two away from the vehicle right? EFPs are actually pretty sensitive to detonating closer or further away than intended.

Slat armor works by catching the nose of the RPG grenade and breaking it so it bends. The RPG nose fuze works by firing a tiny EFP backwards and if the geometry of the nose is bent it will simply miss.

EFPs are not very sensitive to long distance. All shaped charges have a minimum distance before they are fully formed but EFPs degreade very slowly compared to regular shaped charges which is why they are used as roadside mines where they literally fly 80-100 feet before hitting the target.
>>
>>64982751
>>64982734
Their top attack Kornet copies that Israel captured used fiber optic. Bulsae-4 can use fiber optic as stated by the UA, at least the one that uses a top attack EFP does.

Your reading comprehension and understanding of English language is atrocious as nowhere has been stated by me for North Korean NLOS ATGM as being designated as Bulsae-4 as I have literally stated opposite.

I was not discussing one ATGM as I have been discussing three in order to provide context and clear up misinformation.

Bulsae-5 is 9M133 Kornet clone/analogue and predecessor Bulsae-4 is 9M111/9M113 with same control principle as 9M133 with Bulsae-4M being modernization that made launching post compact and lighter than Bulsae-4.

We do not know if NLOS ATGM also has Bulsae designation and if so whenever it is 6 or 7 because of fact North Korea also has clone/analogue to AGM-114 Hellfire.

As for range of NLOS ATGM that North Korea has, well I do not know actual range and there are various speculations about such from to 10 to 15 kilometers all the way to 35km.
>>
>>64982752
>The RPG nose fuze works by firing a tiny EFP backwards and if the geometry of the nose is bent it will simply miss.
Wrong. RPG warhead has piezo-electric detonation mechanism. Slat armor crushes the warhead and short circuits the current path of the fuse, preventing detonation. It's not 100% effective so it's also called statistical armor.
>>
>>64980151
I don't think so. Everything looks perspective correct as the missile approaches, but near the end it switches to a zoom, indicating editing to make it seem like they got footage to the very end
It also very looks wobbly at the start and at the end it looks like it flies laser straight just as the zoom begins.
Obvious manipulation is obvious.
>>
>>64982992
My specificity of language was lacking, i apologize for making a sub par post. It's confusing since the name is used for several seperate systems and the footage shown was more than one type. It doesn't help that the Norks don't actually use these names the way we do and no doubt have their own. The nomenclature we are using is terrible since we are talking about not only seperate weapons but in some cases seperate classes of weapons.

About the vehicle launched missile:
>As for range of NLOS ATGM that North Korea has, well I do not know actual range and there are various speculations about such from to 10 to 15 kilometers all the way to 35km.

The fiber optic aspect of that and the 35km range came from Budanov himself so i see no reason to doubt it. If i recall properly it was from the interview where he talks about Nork weapons in general, he also confirms that Koksan ranges are as advertised and that their ballistic missile accuracy was rapidly improving.

The man portable ones having fiber optics was from Israel capturing Iranian/Nork Kornet knock offs with it. Once again sorry for a sub par quickie post, i was in a hurry.

Hez has only released one video of them targeting alleged Merkavas for this war thus far and it's entirely in thermal. They released one other video of them targeting an alleged D9 Bulldozer, too. Those are the only videos they've posted from this war of them doing anything but firing missiles and drones.

It was a multi shit strike on a surveillance balloon site.
#1 hit the command centre at the left rear of that scene
Thus was #2 and from the target marker was originally aiming at the winch unit for the balloon cable - the dark box to the front right - but the firer changed and went for the joke shot instead as the guy walked across the compound
They had to reload to #3 which hit the winch and cut the cable
The freed balloon ended up crashing in Southern Lebanon and was captured by the Leb Army
