Then I had a brain blast and we started chowing down on gum and using it like sticky tac to hang the targets - it worked effectively btw. I was glad for the opportunity to dump some mags with no ear pro; I think it’s essential you know how loud your gun actually is so you aren’t startled if you have to use it for real. Ofc, she was a safety Nancy and insisted I wear ear pro and refused to shoot unless she saw me on the sidelines with it on. MK18 isn’t as bad on the ears as people say btw.To top it all off, it was a Sunday morning and she didn’t know the police range was off limits on Sundays due to church. After a few hours of shooting, the cop who lived down the road from the range came to tell us people were complaining about hearing constant gunfire during church.
