how many of the devices used in the automotive industry/other manufacturing are relevant for MIC? is it just conveyor/assembly line + robo arms for large scale assembly + pick and place machines for electronics?

All of it.
And yes, those missiles will be available in Azul Metallic (standard equipment) but also Gletscherweiß or Grenadillschwarz premium coats.

A fair bit, assuming the system is designed with that kind of manufacturing in mind. Historically, the automotive industry has been very successful at mass producing munitions. The problem today is two fold, for most of the west the defense industry had to shrink quite a bit after the Soviets fell apart and there wasn't much incentive to design new weapons with mass production in mind. So they just aren't. And the second is that modern weapons are very reliant on advanced electronics. A VW factory can do a lot of stamping, welding and machining but it can't fabricate semiconductors. They are just as reliant on the electronics supply chain as everyone else. Which is why carmakers had a really hard time during COVID. If the Germans really wanted to, they could convert one of their many automotive plants to mass producing Leo 2s in a year or so and start churning them out. But they could only manufacture so much on site. The advanced electronics for the sensors and fcs, the composites for the armor array etc all have to shipped to them for final assembly.

Idiot soviets couldn't even pretend to be a treat anymore they had to blow up

>fabricate semiconductors
quit talking out of your ass. no auto factory in any country is going to be fabricating any semiconductors nevermind rad-hard milspec semiconductors.

They have no expeience mixing propellant.

Idk. Let's look at technicals

Wow, we got a regular Buddah Dudah right here!

Do they think the propellant just mixes itself?

Quite a lot of stuff can be considered dual use in this context.
>is it just conveyor/assembly line + robo arms for large scale assembly + pick and place machines for electronics?
It's more complicated than that, but if you already have a factory hall, some machines and workers you're years ahead of the other guy who points at an open field and and tells the construction crews to start digging and pouring concrete.

>Missile defence components necessarily means assembling entire missiles
You have no brain
>>
>>65006531
No, but moving stuff to and fro by truck isn't exactly hard.
Rheinmetall built a big new ammo factory last year, they can probably expand to make some rocket motors.

Oh look the Korean shills have a 'propellant' talking point.

... I dunno how many years you've been studying English, but I recommend you study another 7 before posting again. How do you fail at reading comprehension THAT badly?

The auto industry can quickly repurpose entire assembly lines to produce whatever the government needs if necessary.
Their suppliers churn out small components by the tens of thousands using temp labor and if those components need to be clips or fairing housings or injection molded drone nose cones it's not a problem.
