I had an idea. Is there some kind of device that could be loaded with something common like a firecracker and uses that to shoot a separately loaded projectile?

There used to be toy cap guns which fired soft plastic "bullets" using the power of the cap.

It is called a cannon you fucking mong.

That sounds like you want a bolt-action muzzle-loader.

Damn you unlocked a memory. I had one of those. It was modeled on an M4. It used plastic casings with a rubber crown to hold a BB in place and the primer pocket fit a cut up snap pistol ring cup. The setup is basically a real round but no powder needed. It was still battery powered which only operated the action to cycle. No snap cap no shooting.
It was cool as hell and sounded dope when buddies used it but good luck finding all of the cases again. Having to reload cartridges while everyone with speedloading their hicaps felt foolish but it was a novelty.
>would sometimes make my casualties hunt for my casing they got shot with

Yeah like this bit it would be sized to fit your standard firecracker for more power

I mean like you wouldn't need any bullets, just a common sized projectile, and a firecracker. Both are pretty common, right?

That sounds pretty cool, I have no idea there were any that recent. The only ones I had seen, in photos, were old-school cowboy revolvers that were labeled after one of the old Boomer TV westerns. I can't remember if it was The Lone Ranger, Red Ryder, Roy Rodgers, but it was one of those.

Fuck man, I never wanted to know.

You never made a firecracker gun when you were a kid?
Stick a piece of tubing on a chunk of 2X4 held in place with plumber's tape and nails, then smash the end flat, poke a small hole in the end.
Drop in firecracker, shake til fuse pokes out hole, drop in "payload" , light fuse and point in desired direction.
Sometimes it goes "foop" and chucks whatever in the general direction, sometimes it goes POW and splits the copper.

I was so into shit like this as a kid. Smoke bombs made from foil and ping pong balls. Paper folded fire crackers. Film container -hairspray mini potatogun.
>>
>>65015435
yeh, you could do the same with tinfoil and a paper clip.

Had an uncle who did way too much time in Vietnam.
He showed me all kinds of "fun" ways to play with common fireworks. Like wraping "texas twisters"/ "ground blossoms" with foil tape to make them into "salutes".
