With drone proliferation, will NRO be developing sats for listening in to drone TX/RX signals? Could their current birds already be listening in on standard 2.4ghz etc drone video feeds?

I'm pretty sure the up time of a FPV drone is shorter than the acquisition - targeting - destruction chain. Most of them can't stay up for more than 30 min
