My immediate observations after watching the video once

Old dude with a Mauser Model 1884 or M1887 with a jury-rigged magazine tube. What's wild is that this is not the first time I've seen one of the black powder Mauser rifles in Yemen. I wonder if they even have ammo for it or if they just bring it out for ceremonial use; it seems like a lot of the old guys in Arab countries go for the long rifles like Mausers or Enfields (or even M1 Garands) rather than assault rifles.
