If it were legal for kids of any age to own and carry deadly weapons, what sort of weapons would be popular?

Black powder pistols. You can buy em at any age in most states without a 4473 or even showing any ID. Also I'm like 60% sure you don't need a CCW to carry them since they're federally not firearms.

When are you gonna buy an actual centerfire gun?
Or are you a felon?
>>
>>65031152
Whenever I can find a guy who will privately sell me a nugget or a Yugo SKS. Or in like 2 years.

When I was a kid, I carried a .22 rifle (Winchester Model 320) most of the time around the farm starting when I was about 9, and an old S&W model 36 in my waistband when we went to town starting when I was 11 or 12. Used to be normal. Kids are all faggots and halfbreeds now, can't let them have guns since they lack the mental faculties to understand when to use them.

>don't need a CCW to carry them
That's generally incorrect. They're not designated as a firearm for purposes of chain of custody (4473) and regulation under the GCA. Doing stupid shit with one, or being a prohibited person in possession (depending on the why of the prohibition, a violent felon will get fucked much harder than someone that got popped for having an ounce of weed once), will still get you into just as much legal trouble as if it was a modern pistol in most jurisdictions. I'm not 100% on all 50 states carry laws but if you get caught with one of these in a blue hellhole without a permit they'll absolutely nail your ass to the wall.

It is legal. Probably a 22 rifle or a 20 gauge.
>>
For whatever reason I've always imagined that impressionable teens would absolutely love machine pistols in spite of all the downsides, spending their meagerly first job wages on them in a society that allowed them to just buy one over the counter.
>>
In my country there is a loophole that makes it legal for kids to own and carry black powder guns, I shit you not
>>
>>65030396
We'd get a lot of pistols that are just videya plastic shells for classic pistols.

In 22lr.

america loves the pistol. it's flashy status symbol nonsense and if it goes brrrbrbbrbrrrrrr then all the better. Shit when I was 17 i thought the glock 18-c was the coolest shit on earth

I am 50 years old and i don't know a child under the age of 12 male or female who does not at least own a .22, most of them have a bolt action .22 mag.
