>>65032740>how is anyone suppose to know without direct access to it anon?Measure of 'good' is relatively straightforward. domesticly produced russian tech is almost universally 20-30 years behind, Chinese tech on the other hand is generally modern, but is almost completely untested against western weapon systems, but this doesn't mean it wont work, it just will have growing pains like everything else. The only thing that makes a system good is the technologies backing it and the experience of its users. It is quite easy to extrapolate based on how much the tech has matured
