Will there ever be another battle between surface fleets? Where each side brings dozens of ships and tries to sink the other side? Because I can't think of a single example since WWII.

If you're talking about multiple ships on each side of an engagement as big or bigger than a frigate, something fairly drastic would have to change, like significant navies not allied with a current nuclear power going to war far enough away from land based fighter support for large surface vessels to dominate
