i was thinking about buying their m4a1 rifle, but i read a lot of trashing against their aks.
>>65054182What the fuck is that
>>65054182sabre looks like their "premium" branding. psa and premium do not belong in the same sentance. the issue with psa has always been bad qa and assembly where the shop monkeys fuck up perfectly good parts by putting them together wrong.paying for the better premium parts instead of the standard isnt better when they are going to fuck it up anyways.if you want to spend that much for a good product buy something else.
>>65054185NY legal rifle. Even worse than CA.
>>65054185looks like an M+M 10X with a cucked state grip/stock
>>65054190there isn't anything else. the only other available m4 has some nasty ass magpul crap all over it, or it's not available in the configuration I'm looking for.
>>65054182Like most PSA products, the first 6-12 months had some problems but most of those got ironed out. I have a jakl, which is technically a sabre product (relating to production techniques and QC) and it has been reliable, quite accurate (haven't actually put match ammo through it though) and came from the factory with a good fit and finish, aside from being comically overgassed. It does have a gas adjust, of course.
>>65054429>or it's not available in the configuration I'm looking for.it's an ar-15, dude. just make your own
>>65054429There are hundreds of ar companies dont buy psa
>>65054608This. They are a dime a dozen and easy. Especially for non piston ones.
>>65054429Just build it yourself from pretty much any non-PSA AR, most pre-assembled ARs up until recently had nearly all the same parts as the M4A1 save for the barrel anyway. If you care that much about the correct barrel length, 14.7" pinned and welded M4 style uppers are produced by many manufacturers and are widely available for reasonable prices. As for the magpul furniture, it's trivially easy to replace with a surplus KAC/P&S RAS II and Colt waffle stock, and surplus Aimpoint optics are occasionally available for affordable prices. If you're too much of a lazy fuck to replace parts you can change with with your bare hands and no tools, or care about roll marks, then you can get an FN rifle or a Colt SOCOM M4 and overpay by about $700 or $200 respectively.
>>65054182What the hell am I looking at
