Specifically I noticed a flare up of hate about this Pete Blaber guy and his book. Is this just anti American slopposting or what?

Because it attracts the WRONG kind of people into SF, virtually all washouts from SF are what we in the know call "personality waivers". It's a pain in the fucking ass weeding these shits out.

I have no idea why the operation anaconda guy would specifically make people mald, but generally I think people are sick of the SOF podcast circuit. Theres only so many times you can hear the same story from a different seal before it outstays its welcome. the podcasters themselves clearly know this, because there's been a major shift towards gwot guys from regular units in the last year.

Ironically the pure story telling podcasts are the least annoying ones.
I feel like there's a problem with podcasts. I like that they go on about subjects that aren't mainstream or bringing in clicks necessarily and not really constrained by time but at the same time it's just MSM-lite most of the time.

For example, If I wanted to listen to Mike Pompeo telling me what I need to think I could just watch him make shit up on his own. I don't need a podcast. There needs to be good preparation from the host with actual pushback and questions. Otherwise it's just CNN with a mutually agreed softball. Very few podcasters have indepth knowledge about subjects and it shows just as much as the guests.

I guess not everyone can have an encyclopaedic memory like Scott Horton or Mike Benz when it comes to their respective niche but It's incredibly hard to listen to a lot of interviews when they just let the guest go without pushing back.

because SOCOM psyops divisions are terminally online trannies that hate whistleblowers
been watching this episode and oh boy is it's infuriating how terrible brass are
it'll be funny to watch how the US will deal with future peer to peer warfare with this top down centralized command structure with drones in play

don't listen to it?

Because they're some combination of lying, repeating the same shit, or bragging about things most people would find abhorrent.
