The frankenglock is a Lovecraftian horror of tolerance stacking and got put together recently, haven't shot it yet but the fact it sometimes doesn't go into battery feeding snapcaps does not inspire confidence. That was kind of an intentional choice, I want to see how few OEM parts I can put it one and make it run reliably.

For every well-executed car project you see on social media or the cover of a magazine there's a thousand fuckups and oopses. And nobody is telling you about all the hidden catches and gotchas about the supposed success stories. There's a reason why Toyota never put that magic extreme air cleaner in their car from the factory.
