Those photos of massive B-17 formations inspire me. Why? Is it because Right makes Might? The raw manufacturing and military capacity of America seems unstoppable when buttressed by moral clarity. Wehraboos and tankies hit the road this is American exceptionalism

Getting all that shit onto land is the hard part. These weren't exactly pre-existing harbours they were working with, they had to figure out how to get a constant stream of resources through unprepared beaches at a high enough tempo to sustain a mass invasion against an entrenched enemy. That's the real magic of it.
