Which scopes won't lose zero if dropped or bounced around in a truck bed?

>>65092976>Which scopes won't lose zero if dropped or bounced around in a truck bed?Anything better than airsoft-tier assuming you've got a decent mono mount and proper torque. Everything is pretty decently solid now.

>>65092997No they don't. I have a vortex diamondback 3-9x40 on a vortex cantilever mount. Used loctite on the screws. I keep it in a soft case so it loses zero after it gets bumped around during drives and hikes. 1 solution is to get a hard case but that's just dancing around the problem.I know it's what I get for the price point. So what do I buy to get something more sturdy

>>65092976Depending on the road and what kind of bed liner you've got, none of them. There's a chance the gun will bounce out of the truck bed entirely. Have a modicum of care for your guns. At least wrap them in a blanket and strap them down tight so they don't bounce. As for holding a zero? Pay more attention to how the scope is attached. If you've got some kind of Temu plastic Picatinny knock-off then it doesn't matter what scope you're using, it's going to work it's way out of zero. Look for something that's at least solid aluminum with nice straight lines so you can tell when it's warping. Also, pay attention to the adjustment knobs since those can get turned on accident. Not a big problem if you're looking for it. >>65092979Dented fixed iron sights.

why is it in your truck bed? if you're worried about it losing zero then keep it in the cabin.
