A real USP rail from DefenderCo, a gen 4 Glock magwell from Agency Arms, couple +2 extensions from MagGuts. And various small parts. Stuff that can't be bought on euro marketplaces. Obviously no magazines, no guns themselves, no ammos, I know this wouldn't work from a legal standpoint.

Yes, you just need to make sure the part you're importing isn't an essential firearm component according to your country laws, make sure it can be legally exported by muttland and that the forwarding company you choose is okay with it.

Yes but I haven't seen actual PTRs anywhere other than Sweden. MKE T41 is the shit you want but they must be made of unobtainium because they cost a fortune and are rarely available

Well yeah they do. Usually if they don't ship themselves, they will state an approved export firm on the website. You could ask Asetalo in Finland whether they're willing to be your middlemen since they do a lot of trade with the US, but idk

I wasn't saying that the stuff you're asking for is ITAR, I'm saying Americans are retards and assume everything weapon related is ITAR and cannot be exported. You won't have to file export paperwork, they *think* they need it and don't want to do it, so that halts the transaction there.

I'm a bong but back when we were in the EU I imported magazines, rails etc just fine. Same when we left the EU. It was always American exporters who were a pain in the ass.

I do a bit of ordnance/bayonet collecting and it's pretty well known American customs are the biggest spergs on the planet for this stuff (along with Australians). Most of the time what they call ITAR isn't actually ITAR but it doesn't help you very much because they aren't going to listen when you tell them that.

Sorry for sperg rant, I just get sick of the champions of freedom who are absolutely terrified of their own country arresting them for exporting a 1970s rifle stock.

tl;dr find it in Europe/not USA if you can because even though there probably aren't any actual legal issues with what you want, the sellers will act as if there is.

A lot of American businesses just assume all weapons stuff is illegal when they see a non-US shipping destination. That might have got better in recent years though. So they will assume you are some kind of criminal trying to smuggle in parts because they have a wild imagination. That was my experience when I tried to buy an FN49 stock as well (yes really). You will have infinitely more luck going through a European supplier, I don't know much about shipito/MyUS but iirc most export services like that outright refuse anything weapon related (I think I actually looked at using them for some weapons stuff before but it was 5+ years ago).

Yeah probably, I'm only really familiar with ITAR through my own experience. As well as just general international arms trading laws.

I'm only partially familiar with the legal side of ITAR, that's why I can't say for sure if his stuff is/isn't ITAR. I just know that people selling it will think it is. My knowledge really ends at "if the US Gov paid for it in some way it's probably ITAR", which is why the FAL furniture pissed me off so much, since it was not made in the USA nor paid for by the USA it *should* fall outside the realm of ITAR (at least that's what my training broadly said at the time).

there's two things in the united states. ITAR and EAR.
ITAR regards any firearms parts that is also used for military, EAR is the same kind but for commercial parts, for exemple you may purchase a PMAG from magpul and they will block because of ITAR, then you decide to get their AK furniture instead and they block it because of EAR.

the only parts you can get from the US without them being blocked by the customs are springs and pins, anything else than look like it would belong on a firearm will be blocked by custom due to ITAR/EAR.

btw this is all because the argentinians tried to sell F-16 to Pakistan or Iran while King nigger was in charge of the USA.

Itar is much more than just firearms. TSA almost stole my thermal camera when I was returning to the EU from the US.
