Why wouldnt this work in Ukraine? Since air power is non existent. All you need to do is build an ork baneblade and put a couple of Kortik CIWS guns to shoot down drones with a spray swarm of bullets. Turret mounted SAMs to shoot down any aged CAS they dare try to fly and put a ton of APS around it though im sure the armor will be so thick any infantry portable anti tank weapon will be fail to penetrte the armor.

Then you have a screen fleet of disposable BTRs and BMPs to soak up and reveal the positions of enemy armor so the escorts of mothballed cold war era tanks can just all spam a volley of shots in a line formation at the general direction the enemy fire came from. All while the siege machine continues and runs over any defenses.

Only reason this thing was laughed at was the threat of planes and terrian..but since Ukraine is flat and there is literally no planes in the sky. This can come true.

Are these threads just shitposting or are the retards that make them sincere?

Screening armored vehicles would have already set off the mines.

Not all mines sets off on the first triggering.

No they... they wouldn't, would they?

The shitposting campaign is run by several outside actors, to stifle discussion here.

Or do you mean teh 3d model of teh Ratte? That multi-track system is actually pretty realistic, the US used a comparable two-track setup on the T95 prototype.
The Soviets also built a prototype with four tracks, but that one was a littel wider spaced, to allow for seperate drivetrains IIRC.

Anon, that would be cheating and thus will be ignored in all future planning meetings for our new 100 million dollar super tanks.

I could unironically see Puccia dabble into that kind of thing if shit absolutely hits the fan for them
