Mali seems to be getting fucked big time by Jihadis in technicals recently.Any Ideas on how to best use/counter them? Personally I think CAS tactics would probably be the best.

The problem is the Mali government has no presence in their north and can do nothing in regards to whatever warlord does have presence there. The villagers can pay the ransom or be killed. They cannot rely on government protection and lack the means to defend themselves.Wagner bribed the government for access to resources and it protects only the resource mines that wagner owns. Another case of Africa getting the government it deserves.

Kinda hard to execute CAS well without good equipment and training. >>65110622For this kind of stuff, the weapons are not fired in bursts of 3/continuous rates fire. Instead they only fire 1-2 shots at a time before the recoil overwhelms the kickstand and the guy manning it allows the bike to correct itself before continuing to fire again
