>>65119476It's basically a copy of an American design, the BLU-43, but IIRC with the time based self-disarming mechanism removed. The russians continue to use them now but are also using a different type of toepopper limb destroyer mine which is disk shaped and all-plastic IIRC, which is even worse in terms of being found, painted in camo colors or all black, and which they like to dump where there are civilians.
