I live in Canada,the last time I touched a gun was in 2005.
However, with my autistic superpowers of obsession, I can field strip most modern service weapons blindfolded and can probably teach civilians basic shoot n scoot tactics.

I spent my whole life thinking guns were cool but never getting one (slightly onerous in Canada and I was worried they'd deny me for being on adderall lol). Instead I jumped around from gay hobby to gay hobby (archery, photography, bikes, cars) wasting a ton of time and money trying to emulate 1/10th of what I felt when I finally got guns and started shooting.

I like shooting. But a range trip is kind of a pain in the ass. Redneck shooting on open land where you can combine it with grilling, the great outdoors, then some beer and cardgames at the end is ideal.
